About this website
HVAC LeadPilot provides information about specialized lead-capture and response implementation for U.S. HVAC contractors. This website does not provide customer accounts, checkout, a CRM, or an inquiry submission form.
Information you choose to share
If you email ian@hvacleadpilot.com, your message may include your name, email address, business details, and information about your lead-handling process. The intended use is to answer your inquiry, arrange a free audit, and discuss relevant services. Do not send passwords, account credentials, or sensitive homeowner information through an initial inquiry.
Audit scheduling
Calendly is the intended appointment scheduling provider, but online scheduling is not yet connected. Until it is connected, the scheduling area directs you to founder email and does not book an appointment or collect a form submission.
Once configured, opening Calendly or its embedded scheduling experience will allow Calendly to process the information you enter under its own privacy policy. The final event URL, intake questions, and provider disclosures require review before activation.
Analytics, cookies, and website delivery
No analytics or advertising tracking tools have been added by this website's implementation. No marketing-cookie banner or custom cookie-based tracking system is currently configured. The website is served through its hosting provider; the founder must review the host's actual request logging, cookie behavior, and related disclosures before launch. This draft does not claim that hosting collects no technical information.
Retention and sharing
A final retention schedule and the handling of email correspondence have not yet been confirmed. This draft does not represent that particular security controls, deletion timelines, or processor agreements are in place. Relevant practices and any required disclosures must be confirmed before this becomes an approved policy.
